Privacy
What this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This notice explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers oswegolegacypartners.com only. If you become a client, the privacy notices provided with your accounts, including those from LPL Financial and Prudential, describe how your account information is handled.
Information you give us
When you use a form on this site (the contact form, a consultation request, a questionnaire, or a form to download a guide), we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, your message, and your answers to any questions. If a questionnaire is scored, we record your answers and your score. We also note which page or advertisement brought you to the form, so we know which materials are useful.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, send you anything you requested, follow up about your inquiry, and improve our materials. Your submission is delivered to our advisors by email and stored so we can follow up. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Questionnaires and scores
Questionnaire scores are general and educational. They are based only on the answers you choose, are not a recommendation or financial advice, and do not create an advisory relationship.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects technical information such as browser and device type, approximate location, and pages visited. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Advertising and measurement
We may advertise on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When we do, this site may use those platforms' tags (sometimes called pixels), along with campaign codes in the page address, to measure whether our advertising works, for example whether someone who clicked an ad later requested a guide, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. These platforms may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and pages visited, and they handle it under their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally share the contents of our forms with advertising platforms.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ad personalization in your Google, LinkedIn, and Meta settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any of our emails or contact us below and we will stop.
Scheduling, videos, and other services
Our scheduling links use Microsoft Bookings, some articles link to videos on LinkedIn, and our client login links to a third-party portal. Information you provide on those services is handled under their own privacy policies.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site, for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. They process information only on our behalf.
Retention and security
Financial services firms are required to keep certain records of their communications. We keep inquiry information as long as needed to serve you and to meet those recordkeeping obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information through this site.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, subject to our recordkeeping obligations. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
